Privacy policy

If you use the contact form. Your name, work email, organisation, an optional role, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing more - we do not enrich it or buy data about you from anyone. What you send goes to Clientify, the CRM we use to keep track of enquiries, which processes it on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.

If you accept analytics cookies. Which pages you view, when, and where you arrived from, collected through Clientify. This is tied to a cookie identifier rather than to your name, until and unless you send us the contact form, at which point the two can be connected.

If you decline. Nothing. No analytics script is loaded at all, and the only thing stored in your browser is the record of that choice, so we do not ask again.

• To answer you. We use what you send through the contact form to reply and to talk about your case. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us, and taking steps at your request before entering an agreement.
• To understand how people find us. Analytics tells us which pages and sources bring people here. The basis is your consent, which you gave by accepting cookies and can withdraw at any time.

This site sets no cookies of its own. If you accept analytics, Clientify sets the following in your browser:

• vk - Identifies the visit so a later enquiry can be tied to its source. Expires after about 13 months.
• sk - Groups requests into a single session. Expires after 1 hour.
• spvc - Counts pages seen within a session. Expires after 1 hour.

Whichever you choose, we store one item in your browser’s local storage recording that choice. It contains no identifier and is never sent to a server.

To change your mind: Change your cookie choice. This is the only route back - once a choice is stored the banner does not appear again on its own.

Withdrawing consent stops the analytics script from loading the next time a page opens; it cannot retroactively unload a script already running in the current tab.

We keep what you send through the contact form for as long as we are in correspondence about your enquiry and for as long as we have a business relationship, then delete it. If a conversation goes nowhere, we delete the record rather than keep it on file.

Analytics cookies expire on their own, on the schedule listed above. You can also delete them from your browser at any point.

If we hold personal data about you, you can ask us to show you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can object to us processing it, and you can withdraw consent for analytics whenever you want without giving a reason.
